Beyond the two big hotel districts, plenty of visitors stay in the older heart of the city — around Dang Wangi, Masjid Jamek, Chinatown and the streets below the KL Tower. It is cheaper, more characterful and closer to the heritage buildings than KLCC.
Delivery here is routine for us; parking is where you need advice. These are pre-war streets with narrow bays, sloped entries and a lot of two-metre height barriers. A Mercedes C300 is fine anywhere. A Cullinan or an Aventador needs a specific plan, and we will make one with you before the car arrives.
The upside is the night drive. If you are staying in the old core you are inside the best part of our city night route, and you can do the whole loop from your own doorstep in an hour after dinner.
