Delivery area
The low-cost terminal. Same meet-and-greet, delivered to the Gateway car park level three.

KLIA Terminal 2
Terminal 2 handles AirAsia and most of the region's low-cost traffic, which means a large share of visitors arriving from Bangkok, Singapore, Bali and southern India come through here. It sits about two kilometres from Terminal 1 and has its own approach roads.
The handover is the same as at Terminal 1 but the geography is different: arrivals feeds directly into the Gateway mall, and the car park above it is where we stage vehicles. You walk out of customs, take the lift up, and the car is there. No shuttle.
From KLIA2 you join the KLIA Expressway north. Melaka is actually closer from here than from the city — an hour and twenty minutes south on the E2 — so if your itinerary starts with the Straits coast and not Kuala Lumpur, taking the car at the airport and heading straight down saves you a wasted day.
Gateway@KLIA2 car park, level 3, is the standard handover point — sheltered, lift access from arrivals, and no time pressure.
